Biography

Hope E. Damico is an Associate Attorney with The Salvetti Law Group, PLLC. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Ms. Damico received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Italian Studies and Philosophy of Law from Virginia Commonwealth University. She studied at the American University of Rome during the fall semester, an experience that influenced her decision to pursue a career in law. Ms. Damico earned her Juris Doctor Degree from George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia.

While in law school, Ms. Damico served as President of the Immigration Law Society, Vice President of the Women’s Law Society, and Senior Articles Editor of the International Law Journal. As President of the Immigration Law Society, she hosted naturalization clinics to assist residents of Northern Virginia with N-400 applications. She also completed internships with the Court of Appeals of Virginia and several immigration law firms based in Northern Virginia. Ms. Damico began her legal career at an employment-based immigration firm, where she primarily focused on immigrant petitions (PERM), prior to joining the firm.

Ms. Damico continues to focus her practice on business and employment-based immigration matters, assisting clients with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia.
